The drink, perfect for these breezy Spring nights, is a combination of blended malt whisky Monkey Shoulder, Drambuie and fresh apple juice - garnished with fresh mint and a banana slice.
- 1.5 parts Monkey Shoulder Whisky
- 0.5 part Drambuie
- 2.5 parts Pressed (cloudy) Apple Juice
- 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Orange Slice
- Shake Monkey Shoulder, Drambuie, apple juice and mint leaves together.
- Strain into tall glass over ice
- Garnish with orange slice and mint sprig
