Summer Cocktails

As the weather heats up, cool off with these refreshing summer drinks.

Basil Lime Margarita


40 ml Stoli Premium
5 ml fresh lime juice
5 ml simple syrup
Fresh basil


Muddle basil leaf in bottom of the shaker, fill it with ice.

Add Stoli vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and shake.

Pour content of shaker into a rocks glass.

Garnish with fresh basil.

Strawberry Basil Gin Jammer


60 ml Hendrick’s Gin
2 fresh strawberries sliced
3-4 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
More whole strawberries for garnish


In a rocks glass, muddle the strawberries and basil.

In a cocktail shaker filled with about ¾ cup of ice, combine the strawberry jam and the gin. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds and then pour contents of shaker (including ice) into the rocks glass.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry if desired.

Pink Champagne Margarita


1 cup Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne
2 cups pink lemonade
½ cup Cenote Blanco Tequila
½ cup triple sec
¼ cup lime juice
Lime slices
Toppings — sugar sticks rimmed with pink salt and/or sugar


Combine all ingredients.

Rim glass with lime slice then dip in sugar or salt.

Serve with sugar sticks.

Sweet Georgia Peach Drink


60 ml Kentucky Bourbon Whisky
1 teaspoon lemon juice
30 ml simple syrup
3 slices peach
1 splash seltzer water


Fill glass with crushed ice.

Combine whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Shake and strain into glass.

Top with a splash of seltzer water and garnish with peach slices (and flowers if you're feeling fancy)!

Coastal Orange Blossom Gin


60 ml Hendrick’s Gin
30 ml orange blossom water
60 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
120 ml unsweetened coconut water
Edible flowers or flower petals
Orange wedge


Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the gin, orange blossom water, orange juice and coconut water.

Cap your cocktail shaker, give it a thorough shake and strain into an ice filled cocktail glass.

Garnish with an orange wedge and / or edible flowers.
