Cucumber Fizz
- 50 ml Hendrick’s Midsummer Gin
- 30 ml Marie Brizard Fleur de Sureau Liquor
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Tonic
- 1 Peeled Cucumber & sliced
- Rosemary
- Add cucumber slices to Shaker and Muddle gently.
- Fill the shaker with ice. Pour in the Gin, Fleur de Sureau and lemon juice.
- Shake well for 30 secs.
- Pour in Short Glass over ice and top with Tonic.
