Cucumber Fizz

  • 50 ml Hendrick’s Midsummer Gin
  • 30 ml Marie Brizard Fleur de Sureau Liquor
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Tonic
  • 1 Peeled Cucumber & sliced
  • Rosemary
  1. Add cucumber slices to Shaker and Muddle gently.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice. Pour in the Gin, Fleur de Sureau and lemon juice.
  3. Shake well for 30 secs.
  4. Pour in Short Glass over ice and top with Tonic.
Garnish Cucumber, Rosemary & Lemon Wedge. Enjoy!
