Gin & Pinot Sangria

  • Half bottle Old Lady Gin
  • 2 Bottles Piccini Pinot Grigio
  • 4 Lemons Juice
  • 2 lemons thinly sliced
  • 2 Cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 90 ml Sugar Syrup
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 6 x Franklin & Sons Soda Water

  1. In a large pitcher, add Gin, Wine, Sugar Syrup. Stir all until all mixed well.
  2. Add Lemon, Sliced Lemon, Cucumber & Rosemary
  3. Top with Soda Water
  4. Refrigerate for one hour
  5. Serve in a Wine Glass and Garnish with Rosemary & Lemon Slice.
