45 ml Elit vodka
90 ml fresh Le Pre blood orange juice
1 tbsp of rosemary simple syrup
120 ml of Perrier Sparkling water
Sliced blood oranges and sprigs of rosemary to garnish
Ice cubes or crushed ice to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a glass with ice.
Then add the vodka, blood orange juice, and the rosemary simple syrup.
Top up with the sparkling water and stir gently.
