Light lemon color. Beautiful aroma of Green apple, lemon and Grapefruit. Typical from this 100% Sauvignon blanc. On the palate we have a medium dry wine with high acidity. Fresh and fruity wine with a bit of sparkling. Well balanced. Really nice wine. A vibrant wine bursting with crisp citrus and green apple flavors, complemented by herbaceous notes. Its bright acidity and refreshing finish make it ideal for pairing with seafood, salads, or enjoying on its own.
