A fruity, elegant taste; good balance in the mouth and a fresh fruity finish with very fine, silky tannins. Each variety is fermented separately on the skins in stainless steel tanks before being combined. There followed 18 months in barriques followed by at least 9 months of bottle aging. A refined red blend from Piedmont, Italy, featuring Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Merlot. It displays notes of dark fruit and spice, with a balanced structure and vibrant acidity, making it an excellent choice for pairing with rich dishes.
