Terroir de Bacchus” wines come from the high-altitude vineyards of Ainata-Al-Arz (1,800 m), the highest in Lebanon and the Middle East. Shaped by rocky soils and a continental climate, they reflect a unique terroir only 30 km from the historic Bacchus Temple in Baalbek. 

This wine displays a pale yellow color with delicate green highlights. The nose is expressive and herbaceous, lifted by zesty citrus notes that add freshness and vibrancy. On the palate, it is lively and precise, supported by refreshing acidity that enhances its balance and energy. The finish is mineral and persistent, often revealing a subtle peppery nuance that adds complexity.
