Nose: Burst of herbal freshness, juniper, and sweet citrus. As it develops, spicy and earthy notes of cassia and coriander emerge, followed by the wild aromas of Islay botanicals like mint, thyme, and chamomile, creating a complex and green freshness.

Palate: Rich and mellow, The Botanist starts cool, then warms the palate with a round mouthfeel and citrus freshness. Sweet, earthy, floral, and herbal notes combine in a balanced, complex profile, revealing deeper layers with each sip.
