A crisp Italian white wine made from the Cortese grape. The color is a light straw yellow with pale green hues. The intense and refined aroma has fruity and floral notes, reminiscent of Golden Delicious apple and green almonds, with a strong scent of chamomile flowers. The taste is elegant, harmonious and persistent, sapid, with balanced mineral notes. It is ideal with shellfish and all fish courses. It makes for a pleasant pairing with risottos with vegetables, tasty salads and fresh or medium-ripened cheeses.
