Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Jalets' originates from terraced vineyards in Les Chassis, named after the pebbles deposited by alpine glaciers, reminiscent of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Aromas of black fruits and spices, with silky and refined tannins. Full-bodied experience with well-integrated tannins and lively acidity, culminating in a long, smooth finish. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews.
